Multi-Temp Detergent
A concentrated liquid detergent designed for multi-temperature
dishwashing. Quickly emulsifies food particles and oily soils from
plates and eating utensils. Should not be used on soft metals. Use
caution when handling this product. Rubber gloves and a face shield are
recommended when changing in-take tubes.
Do not use this detergent on soft metals, aluminum, pewter, or
silver. Scrape excess soils from dishes and flatware. Rack dishes
properly to increase efficiency of dish washer. Wash using this
concentrated detergent. Sanitize as required. Allow kitchenware to air
dry. Remove from rack and place kitchenware in sanitary holding area.
